As a new patient, you will go through our comprehensive process so that we can customize your care the best way possible.
Your first visit is all about you! This visit is designed to give us a complete picture of your health so that we can create a care plan that’s right for you. We’ll begin with a detailed health history, followed by a thorough examination and assessments to best understand your posture, movement, and areas of concern. Digital x-rays, if needed, will be taken to provide us a clear view of your spine and joints. Whenever appropriate, you’ll then receive your first chiropractic adjustment during this visit, so you can start experiencing the benefits of care right away.
To help with your first visit, we provide our intake forms online, so you can fill them out, and bring them in with you to your appointment.
During your second visit, we’ll sit down with a detailed Report of Findings. This is where we will review your x-rays, examinations, and assessments from your first visit. We’ll explain what we found and how that translates to what you are feeling and experiencing. At this time, we will go over a plan of action to address your specific needs and goals. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, understand your options, and feel confident in the next steps involved in moving toward better health and wellness.
At any time you have questions about your care or concerns, just let us know! We are always happy to reassess and chat about what is happening.
After your first two visits, you can expect your regular appointments to take roughly 10 minutes. If we are doing anything more intentional at your next visit, you can expect to spend anywhere between 20-45 minutes in office.
